Nails
Natural nail care, properly prepped
Every manicure and pedicure includes cuticle work, filing to the shape you want, exfoliation and a massage. Gel colour is BlueSky Shellac and lasts two to three weeks; BIAB is The Gel Bottle Inc and lasts three to four.
Gel and BIAB are removed with a soak-off. Steph will only remove her own product — if another salon applied it, have them take it off first.

Nails and cuticles tidied, skin exfoliated and massaged.
Gel Manicure
Full manicure finished with BlueSky Shellac gel colour.
A wide range of shades. Soft gel, typically lasting two to three weeks.
BIAB Manicure
Builder In A Bottle for stronger nails.
Ideal for weaker nails or a nail-biting habit, with a choice of colours. It typically lasts three to four weeks.
Pedicure (no polish)
Hard skin, nails and cuticles tidied, skin exfoliated.
Includes a hand-made salt scrub and time in the aromatherapy foot spa.
Gel Pedicure
Full pedicure finished with BlueSky Shellac gel colour.
On feet the colour typically lasts four to six weeks.
Removal with re-application
Soak-off charged at £6 when a new set goes on the same day.

What to expect
How the visit goes
Booking the right thing
Arriving with gel or BIAB already on? Removal costs £6 when a new set is going straight back on. Book the standalone soak-off only if you are not having new colour applied that day.
During the appointment
Cuticle work, filing to shape, exfoliation and a hand or foot massage, then colour if you have chosen it. Pedicures add hard-skin work with a handheld pumice and time in the foot spa.
How long it lasts
Gel typically holds two to three weeks on hands and four to six on feet. BIAB holds three to four weeks. You will be shown how to look after it and how to remove it safely at home.
If something chips
The emergency fix appointment exists for exactly that. Oil your cuticles daily and wear gloves for cleaning and it happens far less.
