What is collected

When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the treatment and time you chose, and anything you write in the message box.

When you message or email: whatever you choose to send.

Health information

Details about your health — in the message box, or at your consultation — are used only to decide which treatment is safe and suitable for you, and are only collected with your agreement. They are seen by Steph and nobody else.

Why it is used

To make and manage your booking, and to contact you about your appointment, including its confirmation and reminder. This is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

To keep the business records that tax law requires.

Your details are never sold, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

Wix runs the appointment calendar and the booking form, and sends your booking confirmation and reminders. Wix's own privacy notice explains how it handles data, including any transfers outside the UK.

The website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers briefly log technical information such as IP addresses to keep the site running and secure.

If you message on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply to that conversation.

How long it is kept

Booking records are kept for as long as tax law requires business records to be kept — currently at least five years after the relevant tax return deadline — and then deleted. Consultation notes are kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of any question about your treatment.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The booking form is provided by Wix, which may set cookies it needs to run the form securely.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Some records must be kept for tax purposes even if you ask for them to be deleted; you will be told if that applies.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
