Booking terms

Aura Edinburgh is a private treatment room in Liberton, Edinburgh, run by Steph, a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. To get in touch, text or WhatsApp 07771996307, or email aura_edinburgh@hotmail.com.

Your appointment is booked once you confirm it on the booking form. A confirmation email follows with the full address; keep it, as it is how you cancel or move the appointment. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, as there is no waiting room.

Please tell Steph before your appointment about any medical condition, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery or allergy, as these can change which treatments are suitable. If a treatment turns out not to be safe for you on the day, it will be adapted or rearranged.

There is nothing to pay online: you pay at your appointment.

Prices are as shown on the site when you book.

Cancelling or moving an appointment is free up to 24 hours before it starts. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged £10.

To cancel or move an appointment, use the link in your confirmation email or message Steph.

The 24-hour window is measured from the moment you cancel to the start of your appointment. If you are inside it, message Steph first, who will do what she can.

If Steph cancels your appointment for any reason, there is nothing to pay and you will be offered another time.

Recommend a friend and you both get £5 off your next treatment.

Loyalty cards give you 10% off your 6th appointment.

Recommend a friend and loyalty cards cannot be used on any active offer.

Gift vouchers for a monetary amount have no expiry date. Vouchers for a specific treatment are valid for 6 months. All gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Tell Steph as soon as you can, by text or WhatsApp 07771996307, or email aura_edinburgh@hotmail.com, so it can be put right. Anything that can't be resolved directly can be raised with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

These terms don't affect your statutory rights, and they are governed by the law of Scotland.
