Five styles, one price per half hour
Swedish, deep tissue, MLD, Indian head and pregnancy massage are all available, and they all cost the same. You book the length of time you want and say which style you are after when you book.
If you are not sure which one you need, describe what is bothering you in a message and Steph will tell you which to pick. Pressure is checked as the treatment goes on, so it can change on the couch too.
Good for
- Neck, shoulder and upper back tension
- Chronic tightness that stretching has not shifted
- Fluid retention, sinus congestion and post-surgery recovery
- Pregnancy aches as the baby grows
- Switching off when your head will not stop

Which massage to ask for
All five cost the same. Name the one you want when you book, or describe the problem and Steph will choose.
Swedish massage
Medium to firm pressure, designed to aid relaxation and reduce stress. It also increases circulation, improves flexibility and helps boost your mood.
Deep tissue massage
Realigns the deeper layers of muscle using long, slow, firmer strokes. Beneficial for chronic tension and general aches and pains.
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD)
A very gentle treatment designed to detox the system, with flowing, rhythmic movements. Powerful cleansing, relaxing and pain-relieving effects.
Can help with
- Fluid retention
- Skin disorders
- Headaches and sinus congestion
- Sprains and aches
- Stress
- Digestive disorders
- Before and after surgery
- Chronic fatigue, including long COVID
Indian head massage
Deep work on the upper back, neck, shoulders, face and scalp. Releases muscle tension and increases energy levels, stimulates circulation, reduces stress and improves mental clarity.
Mother-to-be massage
Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on your body as the baby develops. Regular massage helps reduce pressure on your joints, ease discomfort and lower stress levels as you prepare to give birth.

Massage appointments
Prices include everything in the appointment. There is nothing to pay online: you pay at your appointment.
30 minute massage
Swedish, deep tissue, MLD, Indian head or pregnancy. Say which when you book.
Focused work on one area, usually back, neck and shoulders. The right choice when you know where the problem is and you are short on time.
45 minute massage
Swedish, deep tissue, MLD, Indian head or pregnancy. Say which when you book.
The most popular length. Enough time to release tight areas rather than just warm them up.
60 minute massage
Swedish, deep tissue, MLD, Indian head or pregnancy. Say which when you book.
Full body for an overall reset, or all sixty minutes spent on the areas that need it.
What to expect
How the visit goes
Say which style when you book
Name the style in the message box on the booking form, so the room is set up for it before you arrive. Not sure? Say what is bothering you there instead.
Before you start
A first visit includes a short consultation about your health, medication, injuries and anything you would rather Steph avoided. Steph keeps client notes to tailor treatments to you and monitor changes and trends over time. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, as there is no waiting room.
During the treatment
You undress to your comfort level and stay covered by towels throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Say the word at any point and the pressure changes.
Afterwards
Drink plenty of water and keep the rest of the day gentle. Deeper work can leave you feeling worked-on for a day or so, the way a good training session does. Anything that feels wrong rather than tender, message Steph.
